Near future, is like next week? So no reverse split until after next week? Or does near future mean one month? If it does then the Reverse can happen next week, because the near future is past.

FACTS show an outstanding fully diluted share count currently at over 700 million for TRTC, from a soon to be approved 950 million.

Add to that the fact that TRTC has already told us that they need to sell $75 million for acquisitions and costs, AND $13 million for the Nevada buildout. That would right now mean selling around 250 million more shares which puts them again over the cap.

Then Goodbuddy surely you expect the RS proposal to be dropped and not voted on. So when do you expect the announcement to come out telling us the proposal has been killed?

Saying "Not in the near future" is far from any sort of contractual obligation. They can R/S tomorrow. The plans are in place.

Why idiot CEO wouldn't give every excuse in the book to keep shareholders from running right now? Honestly... Just zoom out a bit on your current perspective. Take a step or two back and look at the PAST and see that Derek is going to use an acquisition as an EXCUSE for an RS. This is an excuse, period. There are many ways TRTC can grow organically, but TRTC has decided to use shareholder funds to pocket cash, and that's been proven and crystal clear for quite a while now. They claim to plan for shareholders, but every action is obvious proof of otherwise.
