Ok Adam, Brian and Jeff. After that LOVELY news yesterday it's clear you guys need to get your asses in gear and get the remaining filings done. Enough jerking around.

Why in the world would any knowledgeable shareholder be clamoring for 10K's and 10Q's given what the 8K's have already told us? K's and Q's are backward-looking, with the most valuable portions being the MD&A and Subsequent Events disclosure notes.

The recent 8K's tell market participants much more than any K/Q would because the material operational information being disclosed in the 8K's are very very fresh -- and, similar to how the news of losing CVS Caremark rendered any 2014 numbers meaningless, the news about losing ESI now renders any 2015 (as well as Q1 and Q2 of 2016) numbers equally irrelevant.

Given the material and adverse recent news, clamoring for the 2015 Q's/K's to be filed is akin to being covered in honey while surrounded by angry bears, but focusing your attention on trying to stop the mosquitoes from nipping at you...
