Perfect example of the fear gap... The whole 20% thing has been rammed down our throats for years now leading up to this well. Basically the purpose is to tell investors it's a very long shot. The list can go on and on.
My point is the method is effective and does affect a stock like erhe. Combined with converts and you have a sp like we have right now.
