That makes sense! I also don't think BSSP would have kept trading after 5/27/16, the date of dissolution, for it would have been a clear SEC/FINRA violation, and punishable by prosecution! So it makes sense that the merger/name change/ticker symbol change, etc., is processing simultaneously and we should see an SEC/FINRA update very, very soon - as perhaps tomorrow! As a stand alone piece of news it is very bad news, but I do not believe it is a stand alone event, just part of the merger process! I think we're good, and I'm excited to see the rest of the process confirmed thru SEC/FINRA, to get us rolling upward in pps again! GO CNTK - Cantech!!! :)
