Respectfully, if after doing your research you choose to believe that there is no connection, I understand. I just don't agree. I'm sticking to my research here with EGYF. I'll try to better explain.

I'm not sure exactly what you did, but here's what I did with an older link, but still works with the newer NV SOS website too. Basically I just did searches with the names "DataTecnics" and "Energy Finders, Inc" within the Nevada Secretary of State (NS SOS) database and then simply compared and contrasted the information to see if there was a match. See below all the way through as I show how I derived a match.

First I went to the link below:

Click where it says "Business Center" in the middle of the page and it will take you here:
http://www.nvsos.gov/index.aspx?page=4

Now click where it says "Business Entity Search" from the menu on the left and it will take you here:
https://www.nvsilverflume.gov/businessSearch

Now cut and past the word "DataTecnics" into the space for Search By: Entity Name... and it will take you here:


Now click at the bottom where it says "DATATECNICS CORPORATION" that says Active and it will take you here to a page that looks like this at the top of the page:


Then it will look like this at the bottom of the page:


Scroll down to the bottom of the page and then click at the bottom underneath where it says..."Actions\Amendments"... it will take you to a page where you will need to scroll down to where it says "Merge In" and look for Document Number: 20140816012-45 (File Date: 12/19/2014) on that page and you will see this which is still under the DataTecnics info:


If you do the same and go to "ENERGY FINDERS, INC." and then click at the bottom where it says..."Actions\Amendments"... it will take you to a page where such actions are called instead... "Merge Out" and has the same Document Number: 20140816012-45 for the same File Date: 12/19/2014 which is not a coincidence in my opinion:


As another piece of research to consider... per OTC Markets:

The key name to me is "Mohammed Zulfiquar" that matches the key name within the NV SOS database that links "Energy Finders, Inc. (EGYF)" to "Datatecnics" in my opinion.

PS: Also, I would never do anything intentionally to try to deceive or mislead anyone ever.
