Perhaps the most exciting recent announcement, however, is the late February announcement that the Company will now be moving toward fully audited status. Management is currently interviewing auditors and plans to become fully reporting with the Securities & Exchange Commission. We believe this will improve investor confidence even further and attract additional investors to the Company.

"Gman" I finally decided to check out the link you posted and was pleasantly surprised with the article that came up. It is a rather long, but detailed look at AMMX. One thing that I might add is that it seems to fail to mention AMMX business with the US Military, they are an approved vendor and have had multiple contract with the DOD , recently the Army with some rather nice multi year rental lease agreements, giving AMMX a nice monthly revenue source.
