There is no link to that ridiculous assertion; someone on the Yahoo board simply made that statement, with no backing, then all the lemmings chimed in with pie in the sky price targets.
It would be sad to think the that market moved the stock on "no information", but with these micro caps, you never know.
I love the potential of this company, but have many years of losses in similar type of companies that sounded great on paper and then folded. Good luck; I'm hanging around to see how this one ends.
