Oilman007...agreed that the oil money is not being passed down to the people in an equitable fashion.

With Addax being our operator in Block 4....it is somewhat comforting to know that the MAJORITY of their workers are NIGERIANS. This is definately a form of passing on the resources money to the proper people IMHO. Because of their high Nigerian content, I won't be surprised if they play a role in block 2 as well.

It is a further comfort knowing our interests are some 150 miles off the shoreline making it difficult for culprits to exercise hostilities.
