It is when the company is not insolvent as in this case.we had assets worth almost 8 million in proven reserves that has increased 10 % since it was reported. If you want to sell the assets pay all the 4bill in debt thats fine then divide the rest amoung common then again fine .All this prepackaged bs is an attempt to get rid of the common to save the other high ups.
