I appreciate your firm optimistic views on the viability of the company and all of its 3 tier pipeline. However, continued outside forces here have a strong grip on perception and have produced very sustained headwinds against advancement. They use deception to create the appearance that all things here are somehow shrouded in controversy and suspicion. We all witness a fraction of it everyday with bogus exaggerations posted of doubt and doom. It's a very tough battle here for this company, its management as well as its promising science, far more of a battle than what most other small biotech companies seem to have to endure.
Patience is definitely a virtue when one's invested in CTIX!

Well articulated! I think there are only two things that need happen to fully value the short term price of CTIX ($10 to $12).
1) the lawsuit must go away and
2) third party validation with a BF by way of a partnership deal or an outright sale of P.

That would satisfy all doubts and legitimize this company. Very simple and very doable!!!!
