Zargis and Bill are correct. 9B total shares if government warrants are counted (IMO the warrants are illegal).

1.16B * 5 = 5.8B FNMA
650M * 5 = 3.25B FMCC

So multiply Bill's estimate by 5 to get an accurate future value. IMO
