The comp at pphm is truly obscene given the performance. Where is the corporate governance at pphm? Oh yes, that would be the bod who are paid more than most Fortune 500 bod members. They really do leave themselves open to lawsuits with this contemptuous attitude towards shareholders.

EXACTLY, AND.....

Not only that (negating the MYTH that the CPXX "chart is instructive", LOL !! Their "chart" has nothing to do with why they're getting bought-out w/ an approx $1.5 Ba BILLION offer and PPHM is not)

1) They have about 25, TWENTY FIVE employees to PPHM's approx 212 and growing count (BLOAT alert !)

2) They have almost the same amount of net cash as PPHM, again, with 25 employees versus PPHM's 212 and climbing.

3) They have MULTIPLE drug candidates in phase III trials and no history of FAILED TRIALS that I'm aware of (including no supposed "sabotage" fiascos, futility stops, space aliens messed up their trial, etc)

4) They have no history of multiple reverse stock splits and mass dilution of their common shares and/or being a penny stock that I'm aware of either w/ approx 42 million shares O/S versus over 200 MILLION (which is a BILLION plus when split corrected for ole PPHM the dilutors) and climbing?

Another attempt to compare apples to asparagus again IMO.

Oh, AND lets toss out some more "doctor/researchers names" or more wash lists of other "big pharma" names and what they are doing TOTALLY UNRELATED to PPHM, or some "university lab research blah blah" and obscure "research papers" or other "collaborations" that have ZERO connection or relationship to PPHM and "try" and imply those also mean something in relation to PPHM sitting parked at about 41 CENTS and just having putting a failed phase III on their 30 yr history of massive blunders and failures to launch.
