Well to be fair there are some brokerages that will not sell it (TD is good example) and others charge a surcharge to purchase. The most reliable I have found are E-Trade and Scott.
That being said I agree that the company taking care of business solves a lot of the issues. I find it very difficult to believe that it takes this long to get financials together. There has to be more to it than just getting financials current. If not they should fire the accounting firm. If yes then they should be a little more transparent about why it is taking this long. JMO
I'm confident in this team to deliver despite market pressure and influence.. HOWEVER.. I am stunned at the audacity of the people involved in the corrupt nature of the shorting activity. It is crystal clear that they are being allowed to carry forward naked shorts inperpetuity, with no regulation. It the equivalent of playing black jack with a player who can 'double down' as deep as required to never lose, but without having to actually pony up the cash to play. It's not right. It's not the leeches that piss me off it is the total lack of regulatory responsibility that clearly rampant in the market. Just another example of the deeper problem this country has. Irks the shit out of me... heh
