See, there's the thing, people state something as a fact when they really don't KNOW FOR CERTAIN that it is really so.
I fully admit that I don't KNOW FOR CERTAIN if Vanis did or didn't pay cash from his pocket. All I do know FOR CERTAIN is what's on the Form 4 and I've listed the definitions as stated by EDGAR.
