Even if the O/S is at 21M, stating it happened in 3 months is twisting the fact. It happened over 12 months. Again, the fact is, their TMM net income sits at about $2M at the moment, huge increase from negative TTM from a year ago.
Once again. If volume is a joke and so low where is the dilution? In order to dilute SHARES HAVE TO BE SOLD. When shares are sold someone buys which shows up as VOLUME.
Notice how there are no filings to support those inflated numbers. Investors doing their homework realize that.
The fact is we have become profitable even IF a mild share count increased. Which means, yes, we are accretive ! This is why nobody wants to sell their stock. Go back take note how low the volume is.

Once again. If volume is and has been low throughout this tirade about dilution then who is selling? You need both sides. That is called volume. Can't have it both ways.
