Google it ! There is all kinds of information about NSS I hear other countries have stopped it.
Another way too tell is when you post and the ones doing it , start sending you PM's bragging about it or making threats and belittling you. I guess too many politicians are reaping benifets from it to stop it like other countries have. They Benefit from the average investor.
