I can't vouch for reliability. Anonymous private messages aren't inherently more reliable than anonymous public ones. The last time I repeated one, I was told I must be part of the legal team for one of the parties.
While the racketeering charge is newsworthy, I don't know of any publicly available information that would substantiate the claim that Wiggins, Ascenzio and Halidan are "wise quys". It's an extraordinary claim. The claim against the house in which the corporate record holder lives is not good news clearly, for Tmm or any other of the multiple companies that have their address of record there. But it certainly doesn't lead logically to the conclusion that Tmm is run by the mob!! A few steps missing.
I think reasonable people would want to wash away the mud slinging and look at the status of the actual litigation. Tmm can't win it of course, having folded. But Dimension could certainly lose the counterclaim.
