Shiloh, any estimates on the PPS if a sale does go through? Zynoc's sticky makes sense to me. He seems to be in the 1 to 1.5 range.

You make some good points. I assume that over the years the majority of IMSC shareholders sold and got out as the share price dropped. As a Newbie, I don't know the complete story of how it all went down, but as you say there still seem to be a few long-time believers/holders of the Company. I follow that part.

What I find difficult to get my arms around is that with all the clear signs of an impending sale approaching the share price really hasn't reacted to any of it. It's counter intuitive for me to not see the price move higher as the sale approaches and I'm not just referring to retail buyers, but from the Insider/people in the industry side.

The only answer I can come up with is everybody that knows the situation here has already bought all the shares they want from both sides. Even with a probable sale price 4-5X higher than where it's currently priced.

Still hard for me to separate the current SP from the expectations most here have for what the Company should sell for.

When you say "they have pulled it off, it's story is about to end in present form", I'm assuming you mean the sale to another Company?

Re forward guidance, since several have mentioned this I will address it. I'm not sure why forward guidance would be expected after the 3rd quarter. If I recall correctly it was given around the end of the 1st fiscal quarter last year, and not at this time. Maybe I'm remembering wrong, but for me the lack of mention isn't a tell at all. I'm willing to change my mind though if there is a good reason to.
