I dont bash GSE policies, I merely put in simple terms what the government has done to ripe off the shareholders. Of which I am one. I feel ripped off by the government and money that should be mine illegally taken by the government. There has been numerous articles expressing the same sentiment I have. If you are on the other/wrong side, I feel sorry for you, in the end you will loose big. Come to our side and be an investor in the GSEs and enjoy the profits of wise investments. GLTY.

Are you saying you believe that GSE policies were to blame for the housing crash?

That would be an incorrect statement.

The GSEs relied on the honesty and integrity of those that they did business with.

Such reliance is completely justified in the legal world as a defense to any negligence or accused fraud.

One does not need to "assume" in the business world that their business partners are being dishonest.

Since the GSEs had no intention of doing a wrongful act, they are guilty of no tortious act. They are equally not liable for negligence because it is unforseeable that a business partner would bundle illegal subprimes. They are also not guilty of a crime as that would require the mens rea that they didnt have to commit a crime.

The GSEs have committed literally 0 wrongs to lead to the housing crash.
