Actually, Freeslave just dropped a significant nugget. What this means is things are still developing behind the scenes. I've posted in the past that Eyetalk365 is the proverbial man-behind-the-curtain, which needs be exposed at this point. Thus, to ask the question, just what is Eyetalk doing regarding the development of Carter's patents? With Freeslave's post, we see things are still in motion, and that is a hopeful sign. On various occasions, I've expressed my suspicions regarding Eyetalk365's/Helfer's involvement in this matter. But nonetheless, Eyetalk365 is a software development and marketing firm. The obvious question is, however, do they have the wherewithal to pull this thing off? Can they build out Carter's patents, if that's the ultimate goal? For that is where the really big bucks are. They are probably considering the revenue yielded by infringement lawsuits as sidebar gravy, not the big potato.

To be really objective when one considers REVO's decision to go with Eyetalk365 as the licensee, the 60/40 revenue split is paramount. If they had gone with Google or Microsoft, etc., it's probable their take would have been much, much less than that inked with Eyetalk. Go! Go! REVO!
