everything you are listing is typical of many pink sheet stocks...the SEC just does not have the time to fool with the many pinkys that are of the status....SEC simply does not care to put the time into pinkys like people want to think.
SEC will not touch BBRD IMO
The only thing I do agree with you is that BBRD may be heading for the greys
