I give you, saying "dumping" is the wrong way to phrase it.

I try stating it another way.

If there were just 3 to 5 million less shares outstanding, with the current market cap would the PPS be higher or lower than it is today?

I am not saying constant dilution, or dumping, I am not even going to call it dilution, I am just saying that if insiders would hold their shares a little longer, confidence in the position would be higher, and long shareholders would be happier and might be more willing to vote "yes" on incentives.

Please show SEC filings to back up your claims SUNW insiders dumping. I can't seem to find any myself.



Well according to here insiders are acquiring and not dumping.

This is recent data from 2016 and not from 2 years ago.
