Blue, isn't Scott Gallagher a CEO of a publicly traded company? Doesn't he know he is supposed to stay SEC current?

Perhaps Scott Gallagher should pick up a phone and call the United States Securities Exchange Commission and submit his PAST DUE 10K ;)
