You that's my point and using just common sense if the deal comes through will be done through a reverse merger ( reverse split ) . How else he is going to do it ? He has no money but liabilities of almost $10 millions .

For this reason no one is buying this anymore and along with the last Q clearly company's revenues are lower and lower every quarter while the debt is going higher and higher . This is done . Just waiting for the reverse split now.
