Not confirmed with Burg, but if you look at all the filings from the past 2 years, Chassman is the only one with converted shares. We cannot know for sure whether she is dumping them, but we do know that she is converting them, hence the increase in the o/s from filing to filing. I can only assume that she is dumping shortly after coverting, otherwise why convert, as the conversion rate is fixed? One more thing to note, is that she can only hold 5% or less of the o/s at a given point in time, so if she is converting all these shares, she must be dumping them in order to convert more.

I hope this helps.

Barry - There is very legitimate & logical suspicion that Chassman is still selling. Many of us watched this stock slowly decline over a period of months due to what was believed to be dilution & low & behold the SEC filings revealed that. There, to the best of my understanding, is no definitive proof that she has been recently dumping XKEM but the last 8K filed revealed the details of most recent loans. She gets stock, she sells. That easy. Despite this, we'd be very foolish to think that she is the only reason for continual decline. This stock was dropped like a hot potato because that is how the penny market works. Longs, shorts, flippers, almost everyone was selling. This was a sad lessoned learned for many including me. I also believe without a doubt that this stock was more than aggressively shorted by a hedge fund or two as well as other concerns. Add to the fact that many mm's probably had naked shorted this stock into the run due to the huge volume (not illegal-they had to due to demand)& it all equals the perfect storm we find ourselves into today. For a penny, this stock has a lot of promise. I know the drawbacks - there are more than a few, but we're in a decent place in the long term outlook. Stocks go up & stocks go down. It just happens a lot faster in the penny market.
