Your logic misses the biggest issue: This company loses lots and lots of money

There are approximately 3 billion shares outstanding. 1 billion shares per location. You are saying each location should be worth $1billion or more.

Tell you what, I'll open a BnB that loses money every month and sell it to you for merely $500 million. Sound like a bargain?

I completely agree. I'm sitting in motel in fort Collins and right when you check in you are given a print out with big ole pot leaf says we are cannabis friendly. So you can go bout any place now. JMO

Not entirely... there's a difference between possession and consumption. Cigarettes are legal yet hotels, as well as most public places, are mostly smoke-free and that will not change.

If you're a toker and you go on vaca in a state that bans public consumption and meanwhile your Embassy Suite that you like bans smoking, why not seek out a place that's exclusive to that. They're doing it right by charging a premium and people are paying it.

It's a niche market any way you look at it.

Rescheduling Would Be Good but would not mean you could smoke it anywhere. There is a huge difference between rescheduling the drug and full legalization for recreational use - HUGE HUGE Difference. Rescheduling will be all about "Medical Use" because the drug will then be considered to have some medical use which is the justification for the rescheduling in the first place. Imagine a house where Vets suffering from PTSD can go and rent a room, consume cannabis, be around other vets, and get the lives back on track....It will happen and the Mary Jane Group is perfectly positioned to be one of the first to market with such a facility once the drug is rescheduled. Rescheduling also means - Banking Industry gets their ass off the fence and starts pushing The Fed for legislation to allow for "Medical" MJ business expansion loans. Banks would be standing in line to loan Joel money for expansion.
