If you read about the comstock lode, it has been obviously not profitable many times, and those companies passed the trash on to other gold fever suckers. If I were running this company, I would open it to the public and allow them to come gold hunting at a price. They would stay at the hotel, bring money into the local economy, and I would be more profitable than these clowns.
