I guess they're working on the website. Most features on the app are not working either.

This weekend will tell it all. Before may 31st they need to do the following:
- post the annual list at Nevada SOS or they will loose their Active status
- post the full year financials at OTC markets in order to get Current status
- post the attorney letter with respect to current status (John T. Root jr)
- complete a name/ticker change in cooperation with FINRA

After that (and getting the website online again) they have to start a promotion campaign to grow the user base. At the moment nobody knows about Fansfrenzy. And by the way, it looks really silly to me to take the website offline, just days after officially launching it.

If they don't take action real soon, it's proof that nothing has changed and the Montreal scammers are still in charge. Don't think so, but the next few days will tell.
