And you think that just because they are uplisted, that it wouldn't have been shorted? You say they are already in a cash crunch. Well it cost more in fees to be on a higher exchange. They could have been hit even more on a higher exchange with that Mako hit, and they would have then had to delist again.

There are plenty of stocks well over 5.00 on OTC. Addidas is a big name on OTC.
