Exactly , any candle we are talking about ( 15 min, one day , or in this case monthly ) that has not had that period closed ( booked ) yet , is still in the process of " forming " , and equally true are the respective MAs/ EMAs associated with that fractal.

the readings we post during the formation period are in real time , however we can't know to a certainty how a candle and / or EMAs will be placed until that period in question is "booked ". In this case ( twenty year monthly ) we won't know until the EOD Tuesday , as that's when the month of May officially books.
