FWIW, Nate has the POs.

How could you possibly know this as fact as you state? Is Nate whispering to certain shareholders? Wouldn't surprise me as he seems to sidestep many other legalities. Like filing. Whispering information not publically disseminated is another nail in NHMD's coffin. And, if people trade off of this info they are equally as guilty.

No.

Plus, how would he finance them? NHMD is in default on its current debt obligations and delinquent in its filing obligations. There will be no new financing... ever.
