Not really they just see the handwriting on the wall and also potentially being out of a job once the next administration comes in. I am still hoping SCOTUS drops the hammer down on them because I doubt they will defy SCOTUS, but I do fear they will go back to their old ways or fund a new way to screw patent holders if left to their own devices. SCOTUS stands to be a nice insurance policy for us.
