Really unfortunate. Even if the next filing is best case scenario this isn't going to move. I look for 75m - 250m floats for a reason. Just an example GE / Yahoo have a 10B float. This penny stock that seems to be getting their shit together has 12% of the float pool these giants have. Stocks don't move on share structures like this. Seriously, it's really unfortunate.
