spencer has a unique ability to ruin potential deals. Like Daya and Imasen. But he loves to blame others.

spencer loves to yak about his silly RICO case, but has gotten so old he forgets his lawyers quit.

spencer claims he will win his RICO case, but:

1. It was dismissed against Neil
2. he has refused to serve it on Neil's parents.
3. Neil's parents have moved to dismiss it and spencer has not opposed that motion.
4. spencer's lawyer's quit.

The only bus that's coming is the one taking taking spencer to the mental ward.
