LOL! I guess the Houston plant didn't care to turn over the results either! LOL! All this testing and shareholders can't get the results....hmmm? I can't make this stuff up!
Scott can be quoted stating we were entitled to the report. Scott can also be quoted stating the rock was sent and he even stated some of the results from the SOE testing. So either he got the results and is pretending he didnt or he made up the results quoted by the chinese.
But the chinese took the rocks and tested them before they walked away.
My guess is there is a result in testing that was not good. They walk away while scott cherry picked the info to release.
If you look back the end of the SOE scam was the end of any sort of work being done. That was when the wine tasting tour happened if i remember right. It also when Scott began moving on to other plays and fell silent here
