For whatever reasons ? The REAL reason ,REAL companies don't use social media to post news is because the SEC states they MUST 1st "so long as investors have been alerted about which social media will be used to disseminate such information."

Fact is upzs never followed the SEC rules to do this.
So IMO all upzs info on social media is complete..........BS
