Be definition, Eddie's scam stocks are all a zero sum game. There may be a "pop" based on some baloney PR that Eddie (or one of his lying CEOs) puts out. Surely there is an opportunity for someone to time it so they get out and make some money. But inevitably the stock falls back to .0001 or no bid and the same sap who bought the stock during the pop is the one who takes the hit back during the fall back to .0001.
So somebody has to be left holding the bag when it comes to Eddie's stocks.

The problem comes when management says something in BAD FAITH knowing full well they have no intention whatsoever of following through or making good on them.
IMO Eddie Vakser and his cohorts view their "safe harbor" statements as a LICENSE TO LIE AND STEAL. This has been the case with every venture Eddie has ever been a part of.
