144 Million IOU shares associated with a -1,000,000 shares of one company -7000 Million shares of another which is 144,000,000 IOU shares.

3 MIA certs in my account. Which on a 2:1 Reverse Merger 6 million IOU shares + 144 million IOU shares = 150,000,000 IOU shares...

200 Million here X 2:1 reverse merger forward split = 400 Million here

400 Million + 250 Million = 650 Million total - 150 Million IOU shares = Merged 500 Million

Is there a clock ? Snow falls early in the Donner Pass I hear...
