Here are the links with raw Kenaf pricing

The University of Kentucky issued a revised report on Kenaf in 2014 (Not 2016, though the page with the list of all reports was updated on April 6, 2016 {see bottom of page}, which would cause confusion).

The 2014 report references the 2007 study from the University of Tennessee titled, Economic Feasibility of Kenaf Production in Three Tennessee Counties. The following table from that report uses a sale price of $55/ton, or $0.0275/pound, for raw kenaf stalks:

Therefore, a 7000 pound sale of raw kenaf, as highligted in HEMP's May 16, 2016 PR, would generate only about $210 in revenue.

And when Schmitt says that the 5M pounds of raw kenaf on hand could generate $1.25M, he's using $0.25/lb, which is the approximate price for processed fiber, not raw stalks.
