The University of Kentucky issued a revised report on Kenaf in 2014 (Not 2016, though the page with the list of all reports was updated on April 6, 2016 {see bottom of page}, which would cause confusion).
Therefore, a 7000 pound sale of raw kenaf, as highligted in HEMP's May 16, 2016 PR, would generate only about $210 in revenue.
And when Schmitt says that the 5M pounds of raw kenaf on hand could generate $1.25M, he's using $0.25/lb, which is the approximate price for processed fiber, not raw stalks.
