There no question that they're trival but it justs adds to the constant drip-drip-drip of insider sales.

In my view they should stop the shares and just pay the people so we can really see what these guys are making.

They've diluted the hell out of the common shareholder and they don't see any reason to stop. It's their company, not ours.
