There is a lot of grey area here and you definitely cannot market CBD products as a treatment for any ailments or the FDA will come down on you pretty hard. Think Cannavest, Ednoca, Dixie Elixir, etc. What's changed is growing Industrial Hemp legally in the USA thanks to the Farm Bill act of 2013. CBD Oil made from MJ is excellent, but the high levels of THC from MJ get concentrated even more into the oil and you become limited to producing and selling only in your state where it is legal. Industrial Hemp is the way to go. More mass market appeal.
