I reviewed the calculations you
e-mailed to me. You are including
the Tax Gross-up when you get $4.05.

I don't think this correct per the Formula
set out in the LTW Prospectus. Taxes - or
Tax Gross-up - is to be deducted first before
the 85% is calculated.

I stand by $ 3.157.
