It makes a huge mess of the deal if payment does not occur before June 30.

1. Interest rate goes up by 14% on the debt, which equals less money per share.

2. They have to recalculate the total number of outstanding shares, which also equals less money per share.

3. I would assume that if no deal is announced platinum would then start to take over the BOD and instill their will.
