JB has stated publicly that no drilling would occur until at least $2 million is raised. Somebody on the company board posted that JB is now saying (privately) that drilling will occur once $150K is raised.
No, those are not specific "schedules", but they are widely differing in what the company is telling people about the timing of drilling - public statements versus private statements.
I do not believe it is blather. I see it as another example of hype that JB feeds to people in an effort to open up their wallets.
