The more I read about the powers of Fentanyl makes it increasingly clear that IMO it is NOT recommended for $ELTP pipeline. Perhaps after considerable R&D by $ELTP it may be reconsidered.
Fentanyl is simply too dangerous and considerable R&D would be needed to determine the very high amount of Naltrexone needed that would overcome a Fentanyl instant abuse. It may not be possible to stop the Fentanyl infusion.
