One other thought is that your address was on the envelope and that was attached to the letter that the lawyer responded to.

The letter was to the same address I had
when the LTWs were canceled by WMI in 2012.
I don't think my broker would have that
information readily available - that I held
LTWs - after the LTWs were canceled.

I think that JPMC may have received the
addresses/list of LTW Holders from Jones Day.
