I only started following it in June of 3013, 4 months after it filed for deregistration. I warned people of the person behind the curtain with my first post.

He installed his little Thai strumpet as CEO before turning the ticker over to Cornell.

I guess the moral of the story here is that once a ticker starts going downhill, there's no stopping it til it reaches the bottom.
