He IS "in charge of the business." If he couldn't deliver the financials within the 5 day delay he signed off on, why did he do so?

Kim signed off on the Annual report - why shouldn't he be held accountable for filing the quarterly report on time?

But it is amazing how shareholders will defend the incompetence of Kim.

NGCG doesn't file audited financials - so they should never be delinquent.
