Did Shamberg ever get his imaginary $5M to go along with Leroy's imaginary $15M?
Seems the only thing known is Porter never created a line item for the "Leroy Bucks" in the bogus OTC annual. Neither did he bother to mention the JV, and its results since formation. Then again, imaginary is imaginary.
That would make BAYP worth an imaginary $20M.
Yeah that seemed to bee the imaginary plan: Shameberg pumps $5M from his imaginary offering, Porter throws in some imaginary millions from the Leroy Buck pile, and presto you have an imaginary JV, not worth discussing in any subsequent bogus filings. Butter yet, since Porter seemed to be able to purchase plugged wells for FREE, maybe his participation in the JV was for FREE!? FREE is good! Invest nuttin in the JV, and then share in the imaginary profits. Use the imaginary Leroy Bucks to buy an imaginary potato farm in Idaho, or Arizona. Location matters not for a Microcrap scam. Branch out into a completely new scam angle.
