They made no such declaration. In the end this snake oil is PROHIBTED , DENIED, BARRED, whatever other term is accurate from doing ANY interstate commerce. Whats the difference the scam is a dud in coutries they boast about and after over ten years hee is the stark frudster relaity. In other words DONT BRING this snake oil in the US!! whats the difference this scam is failing in the countries they say they are approved. The financial losses and coverups on who owns shares are enough to make one sick and this junk is not a cure.
